    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and E Transfer as payment methods.
  • FORGOT TO ENTER A DISCOUNT OR PROMO CODE?
    No worries! Please email us at info@perfectlyimperfectdesigns.ca, and we can adjust your total and issue a partial refund for you.
  • MY DISCOUNT CODE DIDN'T WORK?
    Please note that discounts and promo codes are only valid on full-price items with some exceptions including collaborations.

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
    Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to process. Shipping times vary based on the shipping address provided and current shipping conditions. Please note that shipping delays may occur during high demand periods like sale events or holidays. In a hurry and need a last minute gift? Send us a DM, email or text and we will do our very best to help you out for a rush order!
  • WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
    All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Calgary, AB.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a FedEx, UPS or Canada Post tracking number. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam, junk and promotions folders... they love to hide!
  • WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
    To start your return, please send us an email to info@perfectlyimperfectdesigns.ca. You should receive an email notification once your order is placed, if you reply to that email with the reason you would like to return or why it didn't work out and/or the size you would like to exchange for. Please note... that the refund will be initiated upon receiving the product. The initial shipping fee you paid will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back for refund. Please note that all sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
